On placing an order, an automated confirmation will be sent to you by email. If you wish to cancel an order, an email must be received by us before we have processed the order, otherwise a cancellation fee will be incurred. Any faulty item advised after 28 days must be returned at the customers expense. We will arrange the return of any faulty item to our suppliers for repair or replacement under the terms of the manufacturers warranty.
