The straight string pull of the Seagull headstock design provides a massive advantage with the high tension pressure put upon a 12 string neck. It makes tuning and maintaining the tuning of this guitar much easier than other brands. Prepairing a guitar to be dispatched to a customer is an extremely important part of our service. It starts with a thorough inspection of the material and construction quality. If we do not feel the guitar reaches the expected standard of the make and model it will NOT be dispatched.
When it is established that the construction and material is of the expected quality we then assess how the guitar performs both tonally and playability. Adjustments are then made to make sure the instrument achieves optimum performance.
If you have a preference as to how the guitar is setup we would welcome this at the stage of ordering and carry out the custom setup at NO extra charge.

The first ever Seagull guitar to be made with in 1982 in the village of LaPatrie, Quebec by Robert Godin. The inspiration for these guitars came from the best hand made guitars of the time.
