FAQ

Can my order be delivered to an alternative address?

Yes, we can deliver to an alternative address for credit and debit card orders so long as the payment is fully verified. If for any reason the transaction is not verified we will contact you to advise and run further security checks before the order is passed for delivery. For finance deals we can only deliver to the billing address, there is unfortunately no exception to this rule.

What happens if I'm out when the courier tries to deliver?

If there is no one available to accept the package when the courier calls to deliver they will leave a card, on the card there will be options for you to re-arrange delivery for another day or collect the item from your local depot.

How can I track my order?

Once we have dispatched your order you will receive an automated email confirming dispatch and the tracking details.
