Featuring Ebony fingerboard and bridge, maple neck, and all solid carved Spruce and attractive Maple back and sides F style Mandolin in understated satin classic finish. The Eastman MD315 is a simply wonderful Mandolin sure to delighted experienced players with a surprising upscale response and tonal character produced from just the lightest touch of strings. Boasting hand carved contraction with individually and skilfully selected woods that would put many historically highly regarded names to shame. This scroll headstock version features a Maple neck and carved solid spruce top with carefully selected Maple back and sides.

The Eastman MD315 has 12" radius Ebony fingerboard and glorious satin finish. Any players wanting to move up into the word of traditionally crafted Mandolins should take a look at this hand carved MD315. It has a long list of impressive specifications and has an incredibly lively and responsive rich tone that will work perfectly in any musical setting.

Lovin' it!

Re the company: the first instrument which I've purchased - new or second hand - which has perfect set-up straight out of the box. Good communications and excellent, speedy transaction and delivery.

Re the instrument - would have liked there to be a scratchplate but otherwise a lovely instrument. Love the radius fretboard and the fact 'tis ebony and not the cheaper rosewood. Ditto the bridge. This instrument is lighter than expected - another bonus.

Both the instrument and the company I highly recommend.
