With Artist pack specifications featuring Gotoh 501s with ebony buttons, Celtic knot inlay, rosewood backplate on the headstock, and double MOP dot at the 12th fret.

This hand made acoustic is part of Mcilroys Performer series and has a slimmer comfortable intuitive body than its A30c sibling. This AP30C guitar delivers a balanced and dynamic tone in a more comfortable and intuitive package. Think all the character and charm you would expect from a high end Mcilroy but with a slightly better balance and response that is maybe just a modest margin more versatile than the deeper standard body depth options. Also featuring some Custom Ordered upgrades, such as Gotoh 501 tuners with ebony buttons, Celtic knot inlay, and an attractive rosewood backplate on the headstock. This AP Custom guitar boasts some rather special carefully selected woods that includes a Sitka top and Rosewood back and sides. Dermot hand picked these woods to match and compliment the build. Its a beautiful sounding shimmering and well balanced Mcilroy Hand Made guitar.

The AP body size offers an instrument with slightly reduced depth that works especially well when Rosewood and Sitka have been used. The results are astonishing, and perhaps this is the most versatile Mcilrroy we have ever played. It has all the traditional Celtic charm and magical bell like single note performance, but its reduced depth with tone wood choice helps produce a better all over balanced performance. We would say this is the perfect all-rounder Mcilroy guitar and will appeal to both flat pickers and finger style players. Its fantastic with or without a pick, and has a voice that offers the player a crescendo of clear harmonic content perfectly in balance with the strong clear fundamental note.
