How do I return a product?If you wish to return your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving delivery, so returning couldn't be easier.

How do I ship my goods back to you?
Call or email us and a member of staff will help you with the process.
All goods must be returned in as new condition, including all accessories and original packaging. We can not accept liability for damage incurred during transit so please ensure any package is suitably protected. We advice using a quality secure and insured recognized courier service.
We can arrange for products to be collected. Please note this is a chargeable service and the cost of this service will vary depending on your location, the size of the item and its value.
Once we have received the product back we will contact you to arrange a refund or replacement.
How long will my refund take?
We aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days, this may take longer to show in your account depending on your bank.
- Clearance items, discontinued items, opened software, books, tubes, in ear buds, earplugs and in ear monitors, special orders…both custom orders and items we don't stock
- The consumer is also responsible for the cost of returning any goods to us. Goods received back incomplete, damaged or in any condition other than saleable as new, can not be accepted.
- Please note, we are unable to accept back any software that has been opened, installed or registered.
