Returns charges and cost liability
It is important to stress that under the 14 day distance selling regulations that within the 14 days returns window it is the consumers responsibly to return any unwanted goods to us. Under our 14 days returns regulations the consumer is responsible for all out going and returning shipping costs. Although it is completely the consumers responsibility and liability to return the goods to us on occasion and at our discretion It may be possible for us to help arrange transportation back to us, but we will have to charge for this service. DPD charges for a guitar collection have risen dramatically over the last few years so we want to point out that a typically collection on behalf of a customer will result in a charge of around £ 50 including vat. It's also important to point out that most uk outgoing shipping costs to most mainland uk standard locations work out to around £ 38 inc vat. Please contact us with any questions or concerns before making a purchase. Shipping costs within the UK have rocketed since the pandemic and we will no longer cover any element of shipping costs when a product is returned under the 14 days terms.
Please note that these terms and conditions relate only to any purchase under the distance selling regulations and are not relevant to in store purchases. For full terms and conditions of sales, please read the terms by clicking on our full Terms section at the bottom of our pages.
